Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance £5k + 23 Days Holiday + Pension
Location: Field Sales Role (Commutable from Reading, Basingstoke, Maidenhead, Slough, Oxford, Newbury)

The company is a respected and steadily growing engineering firm that invests in its people with ongoing training and development. They're looking for a proactive and skilled Area Sales Manager to join their Southern team.

You'll engage with clients, respond to tenders, analyse technical specifications, and work with engineers to ensure smooth project delivery. Attendance at site visits, exhibitions, and client meetings will also form a key part of your role.

This role would suit a motivated sales professional with 4-5 years' experience in technical or engineering sales looking for territorial autonomy, challenging projects, and career progression within a supportive and growing company.

The Role:

  • Territory Ownership: Build and manage client relationships, drive new business, and secure longterm agreements
  • Technical Sales: Analyse tenders and specifications, collaborate with engineers, and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Experienced & Driven: 4-5 years in technical or engineering sales, ideally in wastewater, pumps, or industrial sectors.
