A leading UK timber frame manufacturer and offsite construction specialist is seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager to grow business across the South East and beyond.
This role is a 50/50 split between new business development and managing existing key accounts, giving you the chance to grow your network while nurturing strong, long-term relationships.
With 90% of projects in the region and a strong national footprint, you'll help developers, contractors, and housebuilders deliver sustainable, modern structural solutions.
What You'll Do
Drive new business with housebuilders, developers & contractors (50%)
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients (50%)
Promote innovative timber frame and MMC solutions
Work closely with in-house design & technical teams
Represent the company at events and within your network
What You'll Bring
Essential: Proven sales experience in timber frame/offsite construction
Or experience selling construction products into housebuilding or developer markets
Strong network within residential or modular construction
Consultative, commercially driven approach
Willingness to travel regionally and nationally
