The role of the Area Sales Manager Timber Frame Systems will involve:

Technical field sales role promoting the design, manufacture and erection of timber frame systems Selling predominantly into regional housebuilders and private developers, but also national housebuilders, architects and building contractors 90%+ of projects are South East orientated Initially 50% new business, 50% account management/ converting exiting projects in project bank Targeted to achieve £750,000+ per month New business development position, although warm leads will be provided by head office Responsible for generating and managing company leads and closing sales
