You'll already be known for getting the best out of people. Whether that's a branch teetering on target or one in need of a turnaround, you'll know how to motivate, mentor and mobilise a team to deliver results. From recruitment and coaching to sales performance, compliance and profitability, you'll have full operational oversight and the autonomy to make things happen.
You'll work closely with branch managers to embed structure, create consistency, and raise the bar across the region. Your commercial insight will be key to spotting opportunity, your leadership style will set the tone, and your track record of delivering results will speak for itself.
