Area Sales Manager
to join their sales team.
The Role:
As
Area Sales Manager , you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of showroom accounts within your region. You'll work closely with independent retailers and kitchen studios, building strong partnerships, delivering training, and maximising sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow sales across a defined regional territory
Develop strong relationships with showroom owners, designers and buyers
Promote new product launches and provide product training
Deliver on sales targets and KPIs
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the showroom sector
Work collaboratively with internal teams including marketing, logistics and customer service
What Were Looking For:
Proven track record in B2B field sales, ideally within the KBB industry
Strong knowledge of the showroom market
Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
Results-driven, self-motivated, and commercially astute
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
