Area Sales Manager – Landscaping Products


Location: Hampshire (Location - close to Southampton)

Salary: £42,000 basic + £15,000 uncapped OTE + car + benefits


We are working with a well established UK manufacturer in the landscaping sector, recognised for delivering innovative design led products that feature in residential developments.

This is a rare opportunity to inherit the company's best performing territory. The area currently turns over £1.8m, consistently ahead of target, and is firmly on track to deliver a high bonus for the incoming Area Sales Manager.

The Role:

  • Take over a top performing territory covering Hampshire, Surrey and Sussex as an Area Sales Manager
  • Build relationships with architects, regional developers, and house builders
  • Secure specifications and ensure products are written in at design stage with key house builders and contractors
  • Maintain and grow a well established account base while driving new business across house builders and design practices
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure house builders are supported from concept through to delivery


The Candidate:

  • Open to applicants from any B2B sales background – industry training provided for the right Area Sales Manager
  • Must demonstrate strong calibre, ambition, and commitment (no job hoppers)
  • Resilient, professional, and commercially astute with the drive to succeed as an Area Sales Manager
  • Motivated to develop a long term career in construction specification sales with developers and house builders


The Package:

  • £42,000 basic salary
  • £15,000 uncapped OTE with top earners exceeding this
  • Company car + benefits
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
