The Role of Area Sales Manager - Social Housing

• This is a field / home based role covering South Yorkshire & parts of the North West.
• This Area Sales Manager vacancy sits within our clients social housing division.
• As Area Sales Manager, you will sell a leading range of HVAC construction products targeting and managing existing relationships with residential social housing and local authority providers tracking projects projects.
• The incoming Area Sales Manager will benefit from inheriting strong and longstanding pre-existing relationships with social housing providers and local authorities. Therefore, there will be a mix of account management and business development. This varied role will see you dealing with decision makers at all levels such as Asset Managers, Electrical Manager, Repair & Maintenance Teams and Building Service Managers etc.
• As Area Sales Manager, you will undertake site surveys - this is a varied role - full training, support and coaching is provided

The Candidate for the Area Sales Manager role

• Our client is open minded and looking to train and develop a bright individual looking to establish a career with a leading manufacturer
• Graduates or graduate calibre candidates looking for their 2nd or 3rd role with a demonstrable track record of success and progression in previous role(s)
• ANY sales background i.e. FMCG, Construction, Commercial B2B sales, B2C will be considered
• More experienced candidates that have strong Social Housing sales experience are also encouraged to apply

The Package for the Area Sales Manager role

• £40,000 - £50,000 DOE
• £15-30K OTE uncapped paid monthly
• High spec company car - hybrid
• 6% company v 3% employee pension
