Accounts will include Vinci, McClaren Construction Group and Cala Homes and your area of responsibility will be the Southern Home Counties. Your role will be focussed on ensuring consistent service levels, conducting account reviews and upselling as many additional products within the portfolio on each project as possible. You will be supported by an experienced and knowledgeable team which has earned our client an excellent reputation in the marketplace for high levels of service and an unrivalled range of products.

For the position of Area Sales Manager - Facades, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria: · 1 to 2 years external sales experience within the construction industry, either for a distributor / merchant or a manufacturer or some affiliation to the construction industry. · Strong work ethic, competitive and a real drive to exceed targets · Must be well presented, professional, articulate, personable and a strong team ethic · A desire to learn and to develop a career with this business · Stable work history · Driving licence Benefits of this Area Sales Manager - Facades role: · £40,000 to £45,000 base salary, plus uncapped commission, top performers earn six figures · Company car or cash allowance, laptop and mobile phone · Fantastic company benefits including private healthcare, pension and life assurance · 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
