Position: Regional Sales Manager / Area Manager

Location: Based centrally in Ayrshire, Renfrewshire, Glasgow, or Lanarkshire

Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE) + Commission + Car Allowance or Company Car

Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

Do you have the passion, drive, and leadership skills to take a growing retail business to the next level? In this multi-site role, you’ll lead and develop store teams, build customer relationships, and ensure each branch is focused on maximising sales and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead, coach, and motivate branch teams across multiple locations

· Drive sales performance and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded

· Deliver and uphold outstanding customer service standards

· Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising

· Collaborate with senior management and merchandising to optimise performance by location

· Monitor individual staff sales performance and implement development plans where needed

· Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations across all sites

· Identify and address margin erosion through process improvement and staff awareness initiatives

What We’re Looking For

· Sales Experience: Strong retail sales background (furniture sector preferred)

· Leadership: Proven track record in field management or large team leadership

· Personality: Passionate, self-motivated, professional, and adaptable

· Location: Based centrally within Ayrshire, Renfrewshire, Glasgow, or Lanarkshire

· Driving: Full, clean UK driving licence required
