The Role of Area Sales Manager

- Social Housing This is a field / home based role covering South Yorkshire & parts of the North West. This Area Sales Manager vacancy sits within our clients social housing division. As Area Sales Manager, you will sell a leading range of HVAC construction products targeting and managing existing relationships with residential social housing and local authority providers tracking projects projects. The incoming Area Sales Manager will benefit from inheriting strong and longstanding pre-existing relationships with social housing providers and local authorities. Therefore, there will be a mix of account management and business development. This varied role will see you dealing with decision makers at all levels such as Asset Managers, Electrical Manager, Repair & Maintenance Teams and Building Service Managers etc. As Area Sales Manager, you will undertake site surveys - this is a varied role - full training, support and coaching is provided
