Morgan Philips is delighted to be supporting a great client to hire a brand-new role as Area Manager – Beauty & Luxury Goods. Are you a passionate sales professional with a strong background in the Beauty or Luxury Goods industry? Do you have a proven track record of driving growth in European markets and managing significant revenue in a multi-brand environment? This is a hybrid role with an office base in London and 30% international travel - mainly across Europe. Salary £65-85,000pa + 10% bonus depending on performance.


As an Area Manager, you will contribute significantly to our regional performance through the following:


Administrative and Reporting

  • Support Sales Director in daily commercial tasks
  • Purchase plan tracking, validation and orders monitoring
  • Manage stock levels, forecasts, and pricing under supervision
  • Forecasts computing and analysis: challenge clients, estimate budget
  • Prepare internal reporting for launch plans, activations tracking and analysis, and sell-in/sell-out by brand/market.
  • Collaborate with markets and marketing teams on launches, promotions, media and PR plans

Commercial & Business Development

  • Visit key markets to assess brand positioning, execution of launches/promotions, stock levels, and competitive landscape, providing insights and recommendations
  • Build strong relationships with local teams and Beauty Advisors through training and incentive programs
  • Develop and implement local tactical action plans, including promotions and events
  • Execute trade plans, follow POSM developments, visuals, and coordinate with marketing and retailers
  • Identify new distribution and brand expansion opportunities


Required Qualifications / Experience:

A minimum of 4 years of export sales experience in the Beauty or Luxury Goods industry.

A demonstrated track record of driving growth and managing large revenue streams in European markets.

Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel internationally (up to 30%).

Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in French or another language is a plus.
