The B2B Retail Sales Team Coordinator will support sales coordination, administration, and customer service for the B2B retail team. This role is vital for ensuring smooth operations, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing and managing sales orders, preparing sales and customs documentation, coordinating with finance and logistics.
• Serving as the primary contact for B2B customer inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining CRM records.
• Providing administrative support, managing schedules, preparing reports, and managing office supplies.
• Supporting sales growth through lead qualification, market research, and event support.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales coordination or administrative support.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail and multitasking skills.
