Telesales Team Leader Leicester City, UK | Full-time, Permanent About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Telesales Team Leader to lead and inspire a dynamic outbound sales team. You'll drive performance, manage training, and help your team surpass their targets, while creating a positive, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team of outbound telesales agents to achieve sales goals.
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
Recruit and onboard new agents.
Track team performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Foster a high-energy, target-driven culture.
Collaborate with the management team to align on sales objectives.
Requirements: Proven success in telesales and team leadership.
Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
Results-driven with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits: Base salary £40,000 - £45,000 + commission
