Central Employment are pleased to be working with a successful metal distribution, family run business within Newcastle. Due to growth, they are now looking to recruit a Branch Sales Manger to join their team.

Branch Sales Manager profile: Sales and management of core product range, stock, HR, health and safety, quality, capital goods and property. All revenues and costs attributed to branch.

Key responsibilities:

Senior manager in charge of all operational activities, departments and personnel involved in Sales and Marketing, Administration and Distribution for the branch. Establishes performance goals for all sales department employees and operational staff and/or other managers' supervisors, and monitors performance on a continual basis. Responsible for managing and controlling the branch budget and all factors affecting the profitable performance of the branch in line with General Manager/MD's strategic objectives set.
