This person will be a key figure in the future growth of B&C and will be instrumental in taking the brand to the next level within the North of England.Your sales experience, brand building profile and great story-telling skills will come into play from day one - and it is important that you have a strong customer focus and good business understanding to be successful in this role.Key DutiesDevelop and speed up collaboration with Key Customers through frequent visitsFacilitate product training and ensuring that Key Customers are ready to grow with Ralawise and B&CRaise B&C brand awareness through brand building and storytellingEnsure that B&C is “top of mind” with partnersIdentify new opportunities for developing top level customersSupport the fulfilment of sales budgetsPlan and participate in local fairs and sales meetingsProduce weekly and monthly reports on trends within your customers, ideas and strategy moving forwards.Achieving the sales targets which are set both monthly and annually.Attend sales meetings in Belgium – at least once a yearSkills and KnowledgeWe are looking for somebody who is passionate, proactive, driven, curious, independent, responsible, targeted, customer-oriented and a relationship-builder.Be solution-oriented and love to create growth - and can make things happen.Ability to see opportunities and abilities to uncover and create needs with customers.Able to Work independently, structured, and responsible with your tasks.Have strong communication, listening and presentation skillsPerform when working with Key and Top-Level CustomersPrevious B2B brand sales experience, preferably with a background in Fashion or TextilesAn interest in sustainability would be an advantageAbility to analyse data, produce reports and plan strategicallyFull driving license and passportTo be based within the Cheshire, Manchester, North Midlands, Yorkshire areas ideallyThe successful person must be happy working in the field 3-4 days a week and be able to stay away from home when required.Basic is negotiable depending on experience, OTE £55k + CarSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentRetail Apparel and Fashion, Wholesale, and Textile ManufacturingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Ralawise by 2xGet notified about new Salesperson jobs in Manchester Area, United Kingdom. #J-18808-Ljbffr
