Duties

Work with various departments to understand service delivery to new and existing clients. Manage client accounts, uncover new opportunities, and maintain strong relationships. Gain and maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services offered, including delivery procedures and methods. Stay updated on emerging market trends to keep the company at the forefront of industry opportunities. Produce and process client enquiries, quotations, and instructions promptly and accurately.
