Business Development Manager - DOOH & Media Sales (New Business)

VYZR is a fast-growing media company specialising in gym-based digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising. Our network of immersive LED screens connects brands directly with engaged fitness audiences across the UK.
We’re now looking for a Business Development Manager to focus purely on new business generation - identifying, engaging, and converting advertisers and media agencies who are a strong fit for our network. This role is perfect for a driven salesperson who thrives on outreach, building relationships, and turning opportunities into partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and engage new advertisers that align with VYZR’s audience and network profile
Generate appointments and build relationships with key media agencies and planners
Manage the full sales cycle from outreach through to close
Maintain an active pipeline of leads and opportunities in CRM (HubSpot)
Work closely with the senior team to refine pitch materials and sales strategy
Represent VYZR professionally in all client communications and meetings
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B new business sales (media, advertising, or DOOH preferred)
Strong prospecting and outreach skills - confident building your own pipeline
Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working autonomously
Understanding of the UK media and advertising landscape is highly beneficial
Package:
Basic salary £30,000–£45,000 depending on experience
Uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential
Hybrid working (North West preferred)
