Business Development Manager - DOOH & Media Sales (New Business)

VYZR is a fast-growing media company specialising in gym-based digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising. Our network of immersive LED screens connects brands directly with engaged fitness audiences across the UK.


We’re now looking for a Business Development Manager to focus purely on new business generation - identifying, engaging, and converting advertisers and media agencies who are a strong fit for our network. This role is perfect for a driven salesperson who thrives on outreach, building relationships, and turning opportunities into partnerships.


Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and engage new advertisers that align with VYZR’s audience and network profile
  • Generate appointments and build relationships with key media agencies and planners
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach through to close
  • Maintain an active pipeline of leads and opportunities in CRM (HubSpot)
  • Work closely with the senior team to refine pitch materials and sales strategy
  • Represent VYZR professionally in all client communications and meetings


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B new business sales (media, advertising, or DOOH preferred)
  • Strong prospecting and outreach skills - confident building your own pipeline
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working autonomously
  • Understanding of the UK media and advertising landscape is highly beneficial


Package:

  • Basic salary £30,000–£45,000 depending on experience
  • Uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential
  • Hybrid working (North West preferred)
