VYZR is a fast-growing media company specialising in gym-based digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising. Our network of immersive LED screens connects brands directly with engaged fitness audiences across the UK.
We’re now looking for a Business Development Manager to focus purely on new business generation - identifying, engaging, and converting advertisers and media agencies who are a strong fit for our network. This role is perfect for a driven salesperson who thrives on outreach, building relationships, and turning opportunities into partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and engage new advertisers that align with VYZR’s audience and network profile
- Generate appointments and build relationships with key media agencies and planners
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach through to close
- Maintain an active pipeline of leads and opportunities in CRM (HubSpot)
- Work closely with the senior team to refine pitch materials and sales strategy
- Represent VYZR professionally in all client communications and meetings
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B new business sales (media, advertising, or DOOH preferred)
- Strong prospecting and outreach skills - confident building your own pipeline
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working autonomously
- Understanding of the UK media and advertising landscape is highly beneficial
Package:
- Basic salary £30,000–£45,000 depending on experience
- Uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential
- Hybrid working (North West preferred)
