The Opportunity

You will:

Identify and secure new HVAC & Mechanical project opportunities

*

Develop long-term relationships with consultants, FM providers and end clients

*

Shape tender strategy alongside pre-construction & operations

*

Strengthen and expand an already strong client base

*

Represent the business at senior level within the market

This is a relationship-driven, technically credible role.

What We Need:

*

Proven Business Development experience within HVAC / Mechanical / Building Services

*

A strong industry network in Scotland

*

A track record of genuinely winning work

*

Technical understanding of HVAC systems & delivery models

*

Confidence engaging at senior stakeholder level
