We have a new job opportunity available for a Business Development Manager / Sales Executive with proven sales experience in a BDM role within a debt collection agency or similar, good knowledge of regulation and credit industry best practice, and the tenacity and drive to succeed.
Working as a Business Development Manager / Sales Executive, you will fill a newly created role involving close collaboration with the Sales and CRM team on all aspects related to client acquisition and retention.
You will focus on prospecting and marketing to help the business achieve significant growth ambitions.

DUTIES
- Work closely with the SVP, Market Development, Europe & Asia, and the wider Senior Management Team to support organizational priorities, mission, vision, and values, aiming to increase the company's market position.
- Identify profitable business opportunities and key stakeholders across various sectors, mainly targeting large UK and Eire businesses.
- Engage directly with key opportunities alongside the SVP, Market Development, Europe & Asia, and contribute during board-level presentations.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings and at corporate events.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in a business development / sales role within a debt collection agency or similar environment.
- Knowledge of regulation and credit industry best practices.
- Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
- Professional communication skills with clients at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Drive, tenacity, and a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to monitor collection results and analyze methods to improve productivity.
- Knowledge and effective use of CRM systems, processes, and reports.
- Excellent presentation skills, perseverance, and a winning attitude.
