Blue Diamond Security Solutions Ltd. is a medium-sized company operating at the top end of the security sector. We provide a competitively priced, all-round security solution to existing threats. Our services include unmarked logistics security escorts, crowd control, guarding of strategic installations, executive protection, surveillance, and retail security, among others. Based in the London Area, United Kingdom, we specialize in a range of security services, including event, fashion show, and film production security.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, developing long-term client relationships, and creating strategic plans to achieve sales targets. Daily tasks will include market research, client meetings, contract negotiations, and collaboration with the marketing and operations teams to ensure the successful delivery of services. Additionally, the role will involve preparing regular reports and presentations for senior management.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in market research and business strategy development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the security industry is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
