Sales & Events Manager – Proactive Role

Central London | Up to £50,000 + Commission | Hybrid (1 Day WFH)

The Role:

We’re on the lookout for a driven and proactive Sales & Events Manager to join a dynamic team in the heart of Central London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong account management skills, a network of corporate contacts, and a talent for building lasting relationships with clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of sales and event enquiries, driving business and nurturing key accounts.
  • Lead on proactive outreach, you'll be expected to open doors, not wait for them to open!
  • Manage and mentor one Sales Executive, supporting their growth and performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across corporate clients, agencies, and key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless event delivery.


Ideal Candidate:

  • A confident and proactive sales professional with a passion for events.
  • Proven experience in account management, ideally in hospitality or events.
  • Strong network of corporate contacts and the ability to hit the ground running.
  • Natural relationship builder who thrives in face-to-face meetings and networking.
  • A hands-on, self-starter mentality with excellent communication and organisation skills.
