Responsibilities:
- Market Development:Execute activities which underpin the strategy for target market and prospect scale through direct route-to-market across the UK and Europe
- Lead Generation & Research: Leverage best-in-class industry tools to define, build and create target prospect lists and to create messaging aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile. Create, test and iterate messaging for optimised conversion/response rates. Conduct research and market mapping to identify high-potential opportunities
- Cold Outreach & Inbound Management: Combine proactive outbound engagement (calls, emails, social etc) with the management of inbound connection requests, efficiently and accurately qualifying referrals to secure appointments for the Business Development specialists. Participate in pre and post-event work to engage attendees and to generate engagement and interest for Ecommpay
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture meaningful connections across industry verticals, creating a pipeline of qualified prospects while fostering long-term relationships
- Data Intelligence & Scalability: Track , reporting and follow all lead generation processes to ensure continuous monitoring, reporting, and data-driven insights to optimise results
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other teams to align lead generation strategies with broader business objectives and ensure seamless execution and any other activities which fit into the remit of BDRs
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1+ year relevant work experience and evidence of achievements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability and willingness to show initiative and great results in a fast-changing market
- Experience within e-commerce and/or payment services sector is desirable but full product training will be given
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred but not essential
- Proficiency in one or more European languages would be beneficial
