Our client is a well-respected and established signage company in Leicestershire, they are recruiting for a full-time position available for an experienced Business Development / Sales Account Manager who has worked in signage before to support as they expand further.
Our client is seeking a results-driven candidate to drive growth in the signage sector and reignite dormant accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in signage solutions, a proven track record in generating new business, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the signage market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • *Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
  • Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
  • Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in signage, construction, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of signage solutions and project lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Preferred Skills:

  • Established network within the signage sector.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with design and installation processes for signage.
