About the role
Digital sales and distribution are central to IAG Cargo’s commercial transformation. As we expand our digital footprint and accelerate the shift to self-service booking and digital-only markets, the Business Manager plays a critical role in enabling the team to deliver against these strategic priorities.
This role supports the Head of Digital Sales & Distribution by ensuring our strategy is executed effectively, performance is tracked, and insights are translated into action. From challenging booking performance to managing key platform relationships and integrating innovative solutions like digital payments, this is a role for someone who thrives on driving progress, connecting dots, and working cross-functionally to unlock growth and efficiency.
What you’ll do
- Support the delivery of the Digital Sales & Distribution strategy by ensuring alignment across commercial targets, performance tracking, and platform initiatives
- Spearhead and challenge digital booking performance, helping the team meet ambitious targets for adoption, revenue growth, and cost of sale reduction
- Lead the preparation of Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs), ensuring performance insights, risks, and opportunities are clearly communicated
- Maintain and support commercial relationships with third-party digital platforms, tracking contractual milestones, performance outcomes, and growth potential
- Evaluate and support the integration of external digital solutions, including digital payments and other market-led capabilities that enhance our digital ecosystem
- Coordinate cost of sale tracking and reporting, working closely with Finance and Business Management to highlight trends and support mitigation actions
- Collaborate with key functions including Marketing, Pricing, Sales, and IT to ensure digital initiatives are embedded within broader commercial and customer strategies

Skills and Experience:
- Supporting performance delivery in commercial or digital environments
- Working with third-party partners or platform providers
- Participating in business planning or transformation programmes
- Experience with KPI tracking, performance reporting, or cost efficiency analysis
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel capability (reporting, analysis, presentations)
- Experience working with BI tools (Tableau or similar) is a plus
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across commercial and technical stakeholders
- Highly organised and proactive, with a focus on continuous improvement
