The Role

We’re looking for a field-based Sales Representative to generate new business in the UK. You’ll meet clients, build relationships, and offer tailored freight forwarding solutions to companies in import/export, manufacturing, retail, and distribution. This role offers a hybrid approach working remotely with a minimum of 3 days on the road and 1 day in the office per week.

Responsibilities

• Visit and engage potential clients to grow our freight forwarding business.
• Promote our services: sea, air, and road transport, customs clearance, and warehousing.
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or transport.
• Knowledge of import/export, Incoterms, customs, and multimodal transport.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel.
