Location: Ipswich Salary: £20,000 basic + uncapped OTE £50,000 Hours: Monday–Friday 8:30am–6pm, Saturdays 8:30am–5pm (with a weekday off) Alternate Sundays 10am–4pm

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Guiding customers through the full vehicle buying journey- online, in person, and by phone

* Matching customers with the right new or used vehicle based on their lifestyle and needs

* Organising and attending test drives

* Providing knowledgeable, transparent advice on products and finance options

* Managing enquiries, quotes, and completing sales paperwork in line with FCA guidelines

* Meeting individual and team sales targets

* Supporting handovers to ensure an exceptional customer experience

* Logging activity and customer notes in the CRM system
