Car Sales Executive
to join our expanding sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent one of the worlds most prestigious premium automotive brands, selling the latest hybrid and electric vehicles in a luxury environment. With a clear commission structure, uncapped earning potential, and full manufacturer training, this role is ideal for someone eager to build a successful career in automotive retail
whether youre experienced in car sales or new to the industry.
What Youll Do: Build strong relationships with customers to deliver a truly personalised buying experience Understand customer needs to recommend suitable vehicles, finance packages, and add-on products Present and explain value-added services such as service plans, accessories, and insurance Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry to handover and follow-up Achieve monthly targets: 8 used vehicles, 5 new vehicles, plus 40% add-on sales (when fully up to speed) Keep accurate customer records in internal systems and ensure compliance with brand standards Contribute to a supportive and high-performing sales team of six executives What Were Looking For: Previous sales or customer-facing experience is essential
