As a CIS Sales Lead you are expected to manage and grow region for CIS offerings & key relationships for our key customers. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the infrastructure sales ecosystem, a keen understanding of trends, and market developments in the UK and Europe. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible to manage the PnL of Cloud, Infrastructure and Security Services (CIS) in UK and Europe.
  • Lead to explore opportunities in all the accounts within the RBU through deep proactive farming.
  • Support the region sales, account executives and portfolio leaders to lead discussions with C-Suite clients from a solution mindset.
  • Accountable for leading end to end life cycle of CIS opportunities and profitability in the RBU.
  • Accountable to create and manage Sales Pipeline and conversion for CIS Services in the RBU.
  • Accountable for Net New Order Book of CIS Services while working with RBUs.
  • Support the Alliances and Platforms in the sales lifecycle on technology and solutioning i.e., Microsoft, AWS, Google, ServiceNow, Cisco, HPE, Palo Alto etc.
  • Lead Client relationship and CSAT for CIS services in UK and Europe for CIS services.
  • Lead playbook-based discussions within the client base.
  • Lead events in CIS Services within the RBU to increase Brand Awareness and strengthen deal pipeline.


Technical Skills Required

  • The ideal candidate would come from a Services Environment and have solid understanding of IT Transformation and Current trends in IT Infrastructure, Cloud and Security Services.
  • Passionate, with a closer mindset who is interested in Business Development and Proactive Farming to drive growth
  • The ideal candidate would have been in CIS Sales, Pre-Sales and Delivery role to manage and drive growth and opportunities in CIS areas.
  • The ideal candidate can solve business problems using Technology as an enabler and should have experience in driving RFx led by the deal advisors such as ISG, KPMG, Gartner, Avasant etc
  • The ideal candidate is a leader and could negotiate internally and externally with different stakeholders.

Qualification: Must be educated to at least degree level or equivalent.
