Client Account Manager – Remote

Salary: £45-50k base, £70k OTE (uncapped)

Location: Remote (UK) with occasional meetings in London

The Role


As a Client Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving their next phase of commercial growth.


You will:

  • Build and nurture relationships with senior in‑house legal stakeholders.
  • Identify new clients that match the company’s Ideal Customer Profiles through outbound prospecting.
  • Own, manage, and grow your portfolio of accounts to uncover new placement opportunities.
  • Understand client needs deeply through active listening and consultative conversations.
  • Follow simple, effective, repeatable sales processes to consistently achieve targets.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and documentation.


Who We’re Looking For


We’d love to hear from you if you are:

  • Proven in selling to large organisations, ideally with experience in the legal sector although not essential.
  • Comfortable engaging with GCs, Heads of Legal, and senior legal professionals.
  • A strong listener with emotional intelligence and commercial maturity.
  • Someone who thrives in clear processes and can deliver consistent, high‑quality activity.
  • A growth mindset, ambitious, and eager to progress.
  • A self‑starter who is collaborative, client‑centric, and proactive.


No legal background is required – just strong sales fundamentals and the ability to build trust.
