Manage a portfolio of Accounts that drive MICE business To drive leads via certain platforms and databases Liaise with the reservations and M&E Sales department to ensure all reservations are tracked Regularly review competitor notice boards to get leads for new business Cross sell all 6 hotels in Heathrow, with a key focus on the MICE hotels Build & maintain relationships with extranet providers and animate relationships to maximise productivity More about you... Providing high quality service comes naturally to you. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Very good at multi-tasking and remaining calm under pressure. Excellent communicator with a high standard of written and spoken English. A smart and professional appearance. 4-star hotel experience in a similar role a real advantage.
