With our first farmers in Latin America and Africa beginning their transitions, our first commercial customers secured, and a robust tech platform in development, we are at a critical and exciting juncture of our growth. We leverage artificial intelligence to design bespoke, resilient micro-ecosystems that empower farmers to restore soil health, enhance biodiversity, and build resilience against climate change. Our AI-powered platform provides farmers with customized planting guides that blend local wisdom with modern ecosystem design, supporting a global transition from extractive monoculture to sustainable, polycultural food systems.As farmers embark on their regenerative journey, we connect them with a global market of conscientious buyers, bringing their fresh, dried, and processed produce—from passionfruit and goldenberries to herbs and flowers—to a world that is increasingly demanding transparent and synthetic-free supply chains. Every order placed through TANIT directly contributes to funding this vital transition to a regenerated Earth.Our Progress and TractionTANIT has already established a strong foundation for rapid growth:
- First Farmers: We are actively working with our first cohort of farmers in Latin America, with passionfruit, avocado, plantain, and goldenberry producers already in our network. Our expansion into Africa is underway, broadening our portfolio of unique and regenerative produce.
- First Customers: We have secured initial partnerships with innovative brands like BEMUSE, an award-winning non-alcoholic beverage maker, and QISU, a natural and sustainable snack brand. Together, we are co-developing new product lines featuring regeneratively grown ingredients.
- Proven Technology: Our AI-driven platform for designing Integrated Trophic Design (ITD) intercropping systems is operational, creating high-yield, resilient micro-ecosystems.
- Transparent Certification: We have developed the TANIT Restorative Spectrum, a clear, incremental rating system (T4 to T1) that tracks a farm's progress across six key areas: soil health, crop diversification, functional biodiversity, water management, carbon balance, and capacity building. This transparent system, offered on a partnership and co-development basis to farmers, provides our buyers with the assurance of authentic and impactful sourcing.
- Growing Team:With a new Chief Financial Officer also coming onboard, we are strengthening our leadership to steer our financial strategy and growth. You will join a 100% remote team operating internationally, with CEO and CTO in Berlin and COO in Barcelona supporting our network of TANIT Technicians working globally.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and business development strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Leverage your extensive network to establish and close deals with bulk buyers, securing significant order volumes for our partner farms.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team to manage customer relationships and expand our market reach.
- Provide strategic input on international pricing, logistics, and supply chain optimization.
- Collaborate closely with the executive team to align sales strategies with our overarching mission and operational capabilities.
- Champion the TANIT brand and our commitment to regenerative agriculture at industry events and in client interactions.
- An extensive and active contact book of buyers within the snack, drink, nutraceutical, and/or fresh produce sectors.
- A deep understanding of international produce pricing, import/export regulations, and supply chain logistics.
- Demonstrable experience in building and scaling a successful sales organization.
- A passion for sustainability and a genuine desire to contribute to a more regenerative food system.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, early-stage company environment.
- As part of the co-founding team, you will be offered a significant share agreement in line with your experience and the initial deals you can bring to the table.
