Commercial Contracts Manager

The Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer you will be responsible for

  • Providing commercial and contractual expertise across both Service and Project engineering areas of the business
  • Full contract file ownership, proactive renewals, development and maintenance of templates, and negotiation of contractual terms with customers and suppliers (globally)
  • Being the central owner of contractual terms and conditions across the business, ensuring consistency, compliance, and risk mitigation
  • Supporting international markets (initially Australia and New Zealand, with potential expansion into other regions)
  • Full ownership of all terms and conditions of service and project contracts, providing commercial support across business units for all contractual purchases

This is a superb opportunity where you will have strategic input into the commercial/contract activities of the business. The business is growing in the UK and internationally, offering the opportunity to grow the commercial department by building a team to support and underpin the growth.

The Candidate

Ideally you will be

  • Commutable to West Yorkshire
  • Have worked for a manufacturer or engineering business
  • Have had previous experience of commercial or customer contract management in relation to service agreements (LTSA’s or service agreements) or contracts in relation to engineering projects
  • Be motivated and driven to build a career and be part of a growing business
  • Be entrepreneurial and innovative in your approach

Base pay range

£60k - £70k base + 10% Bonus + Extensive benefits and package.

Work location: 4 days in the office, 1 day at home per week.
