Were seeking a highly organised Commercial & Sales Assistant to support our Commercial Manager and Director of Sales. This role is primarily focused on commercial administration and purchasing, with a small but important element of sales coordination. Its ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong administrative skills, and an interest in supporting creative, design-led projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

Commercial Administration

Assist in preparing budgets, tenders, and client documentation. Maintain accurate records using Atlas, CRM and Jira project management systems. Assist with cost reports and other financial records. Ensure compliance with company procedures for document control and filing.
