Bloom Search has partnered with a fast-growing healthcare company is hiring a Commercial Sales Lead to build the foundations of its go-to-market. This is a strategic role focused on systems, outreach plans and partnerships. It is not a hard-selling, KPI-driven job.


Responsibilities

  • Define target customers and priority segments; understand their needs and buying steps.
  • Build simple, repeatable commercial processes (from first contact to handover).
  • Plan outreach with Marketing: clear messages, useful content, and smart sequencing.
  • Identify and launch partnerships (e.g., clinics, distributors, platforms, corporate clients).
  • Set up and maintain the CRM (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce) and basic dashboards.
  • Create practical sales materials (talk tracks, FAQs, case notes, ROI summaries).
  • Shape pricing and proposals with leadership; keep terms clear and workable.
  • Work closely with Product, Operations and Customer Success to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Review data regularly; test and learn to improve conversion and shorten timelines.
  • Keep privacy and data handling standards in mind across all commercial activity.


What success looks like (6–12 months)

  • Clear target list and simple playbooks that the team can follow.
  • A predictable flow of qualified conversations from outreach and partners.
  • Faster movement through each stage and higher win rates.
  • Straightforward reporting the leadership team trusts.


Candidate profile

  • 5+ years in commercial strategy, partnerships or sales operations in healthcare, digital health or a similar sector.
  • Proven experience building go-to-market systems (process, outreach, partners), not just closing deals.
  • Comfortable working with internal teams and external partners; strong written and verbal communication.
  • Confident with CRM tools, spreadsheets and simple analytics.
  • Calm, organised and practical; enjoys turning ideas into workable routines.
