Sales Manager


Location: Redhill with hybrid working


Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 basic plus commission and bonus


We’re hiring a results-focused Sales Manager to take ownership of commercial performance across a fast-growing series of regional B2B exhibitions. If you’re someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and wants the freedom to drive your own success, this could be the perfect fit.


This role is all about making connections. You’ll be building relationships with new and existing clients, securing stand sales and sponsorship deals, and ensuring commercial growth across two of the most exciting new industry events in the calendar. You’ll have the space to contribute ideas, spot new opportunities, and shape how these shows grow year after year.


What you’ll be doing


  • Securing stand bookings and sponsorships through proactive outreach
  • Managing rebooking activity and client renewals onsite and throughout the year
  • Building long-term relationships with exhibitors and partners
  • Attending events and competitor shows to network and uncover new leads
  • Managing your pipeline and keeping sales activity up to date in the CRM


What we’re looking for


  • Strong B2B events background, ideally within exhibitions or trade shows
  • Solid experience selling sponsorship or stand packages
  • Confident communicator who’s comfortable closing deals over the phone and in person
  • Motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a commercial eye for growth
  • Comfortable working at pace and juggling multiple projects
