The Role

As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you won’t just be filling roles. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and convert new opportunities in the consulting sector
  • Grow and manage long-term client relationships
  • Advise clients on market conditions, hiring strategy, and candidate selection
  • Collaborate with our delivery team to ensure precision and speed
  • Use internal tools to support structured outreach and maintain pipeline consistency
