About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to coordinate and deliver contract management across UK sites. You'll work closely with Site Leads and commodity leads for Hard and Soft Services, ensuring contract deliverables, KPI analysis, and best practice implementation. This role supports improvements in supply chain management governance, contract novation, and CAFM support.
Key Responsibilities
Support Technical Facility Services and General Services to review, deliver, and monitor service delivery to meet customer requirements. Complete supplier KPIs in line with contractual obligations and processes, including change control management. Monitor and manage change controls and support contract development through performance management (new, revised, or novated contracts). Lead/support monthly, quarterly, and annual supplier reviews. Act as the UK focal point for Central FM&RE SCM. Interface with site teams and finance to ensure budget management and risk/opportunity capture. Ensure completion of weekly and monthly reporting.
