Contracts Manager - Roofing & Cladding
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 + package
Start Date: Immediate for the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from contract award to completion
• Oversee site managers, project teams, and subcontractors
• Ensure strict compliance with health & safety and quality procedures
• Maintain client relationships and represent the company at progress meetings
• Monitor costs, budgets, and programmes to achieve successful outcomes
• Support with pre-construction planning and project handovers
