Contracts Manager (Roofing/Cladding) West Midlands Up to £70,000 plus package

Our client is actively recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join their team. They pride themselves on being professional and approachable and are looking for a Contracts Manager too share their drive and passion.

Our client is established, family owned contractor who specifically operate with the Roofing & Cladding sectors. They have recently experienced significant growth and currently enjoy a turnover of £20 million. They deliver projects ranging in value from £500k to £3 million and deliver schemes on regional basis, primarily in the Greater Midlands. The business has an excellent reputation and partners with a number of notable Main Contractors including: Sisk, Wates, Kier, Morgan Sindall, Stepnell Construction etc

The Candidate (Contracts Manager): As a Contracts Manager you should have specific Roofing/Cladding experience gained through working for a specialist contractor. Candidates should be self-motivated, proactive with a positive can-do attitude and experience within the role as a Contracts Manager/Senior Project Manager.

You will require the following: • Previous Roofing/Cladding Experience (Essential) • Min 2 years’ experience within a Contracts Manager role (Essential) • SMSTS • First Aid • A full UK driving license

The Package: • Salary: Up to £70,000` dependent on experience • Company Car / Allowance • Workplace Pension • Bonus
