The Role

As Contracts Manager, you'll oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll play a pivotal role in client relationships, team leadership, and operational performance – driving excellence across all aspects of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple construction projects across the region.
• Lead site teams, ensuring compliance with health & safety, quality, and programme requirements.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
• Provide strategic input at pre-construction stage and support tender processes where required.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and risk management.

About You

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager (or similar senior operational role) within the construction sector.
• Strong background delivering commercial, healthcare, education or public sector projects.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
