The Role:
As Contracts Manager, you’ll oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring they’re completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll play a pivotal role in client relationships, team leadership, and operational performance – driving excellence across all aspects of project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee multiple construction projects across the region.

Lead site teams, ensuring compliance with health & safety, quality, and programme requirements.

Maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
