Job Purpose
To be responsible for all aspects of Residential Development sales on behalf of commercial developer clients including the day to day running of sale files, part exchanges and site set ups with appropriate training. The firm boasts regional and national heavyweight clients including FTSE100 listed companies and various 5-star HBF rated builders ensuring top quality, interesting work in a friendly and supportive environment with high retention rates within the department.
