About the role…
Harvey Nichols are excited to announce an opportunity for a Corporate Gifting and Events Sales Executive to join their thriving Corporate Services department. We are a growing channel and are looking for a bright, dynamic, and enthusiastic individual to join our team of account managers in delivering VIP service to our valued corporate customers.
Working hours will be 35hrs a week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm however, any successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility to work above and beyond standard office hours when required, dependant on the demands of the season.
Roles and responsibilities for events include:
- Proactively responding to event opportunities and incoming event enquiries in a timely manner with accurate quotation provided.
- Work with external event agents to promote our venue spaces to their clients.
- Represent the Harvey Nichols brand to new and existing corporate customers. Hosting site visits to prospective clients.
- Invoicing, and handling payments remotely.
- Creating event quotations and writing event function sheets and operationally managing your own client events.
- Setting up events space, including booking in external props/ equipment.
- Working with the hospitality team to successfully deliver event operations.
- Always seeking opportunity to up-sell, cross-sell and promote other stores within our portfolio.
Roles and responsibilities for gifting include:
- Proactively seeking out new clients and promoting our gifting services.
- Complete knowledge of the Harvey Nichols gifting range and services available including bespoke options.
- Ongoing account client management for gifting orders, including credit clients.
- Providing an end-to-end service, to quote, process and oversee despatch of a client order.
- Dealing with proof of delivery reports and any customer service issues where required.
- Answering enquiries via telephone and email for prospects and customers.
- Dealing with the distribution centre and out shop floor team regarding order despatch.
