Our client delivers premium relocation and destination services to corporate clients moving employees into London. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business development, sales strategy, and client engagement for the next phase of growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities within the relocation, property, and real estate sectors.
  • Research and identify potential corporate clients and decision-makers.
  • Deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with HR, mobility, and procurement professionals.
  • Draft and manage contracts through to final sign-off and implementation.
  • Write and respond to RFPs and formal tenders when required.
  • Attend relevant industry conferences and networking events to generate leads.
  • Work closely with directors to refine sales strategy and market positioning.
  • Track, follow up, and convert sales leads into new accounts.
  • Support client onboarding and ensure seamless service delivery handover.


Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the relocation, property, or real estate sector.
  • Demonstrated track record of closing B2B deals in a corporate environment.
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills.
  • Previous moving industry experience is always required.
  • Ability to craft tailored proposals and pitch solutions effectively.
