Job Description
Develop and implement effective corporate sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Corporate segment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales approaches.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Track and report on sales performance metrics to senior management.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximise profitability.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Corporate Sales Manager should have:
A proven track record in sales within the hospitality industry, predominantly dealing with corporate clients.
Strong negotiation and communication skills to secure client agreements.
The ability to analyse market trends and adapt strategies effectively.
Experience managing client relationships and fostering long-term partnerships.
Knowledge of sales performance metrics and the ability to achieve targets.
A proactive and goal-oriented approach to problem-solving.
