We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM & Sales Operations Manager to own and optimize our sales systems, processes, and data. This role is crucial in supporting a high-performing sales team by ensuring our CRM (e.g., HubSpot) is a powerful and efficient tool, while also enabling scalable, data-driven sales operations.
You’ll work cross-functionally with sales leadership, marketing, finance, and customer success to streamline operations, improve performance tracking, and drive overall sales productivity.
Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM & Sales Operations Manager to own and optimize our sales systems, processes, and data. This role is crucial in supporting a high-performing sales team by ensuring our CRM (e.g., HubSpot) is a powerful and efficient tool, while also enabling scalable, data-driven sales operations.
You’ll work cross-functionally with sales leadership, marketing, finance, and customer success to streamline operations, improve performance tracking, and drive overall sales productivity.
ResponsibilitiesCRM Administration & Optimization- Own the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the CRM system (HubSpot)
- Ensure CRM data integrity and completeness through audits, automation, and user training
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support sales and leadership visibility
- Ensure accuracy and correct use of data fields by working with cross-functional stakeholders to educate and audit the implementation e.g. Sequences, Workflows, Email templates etc.
- Be the company expert and ambassador for CRM usage, capability and best practice.
- Maintain a deep and expert level understanding of the latest HubSpot and CRM capabilities.
- Manage end-to-end sales process optimization including lead routing, pipeline tracking, and deal stage definition
- Create, define and maintain all sales process related documentation.
- Lead forecasting, opportunity assignments, and performance reporting for the sales team
- Support sales compensation and quota planning through reliable data and modeling
- Drive adoption of sales tools and integrations across the tech stack.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to align CRM processes for lead management and campaign tracking
- Collaborate with Finance on pipeline and revenue reporting
- Support onboarding and training for sales reps and managers on CRM and sales process best practices and process adherence
- Actively engage with sales and cross functional teams to understand how Sales process can be improved and tools can be used to improve performance.
- 3–5+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM administration (HubSpot), or a similar role
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot across Sales, Service, Marketing and more.
- Hold recent and valid HubSpot Sales, Marketing, Service certifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel/Sheets and dashboarding
- Extensive experience with sales processes and pipeline management
- Ability to manage projects and work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with strong communication skills
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft)
- Knowledge of sales frameworks and sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger)
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
Role details:
This is a hybrid position and candidates are expected to have a reasonable provision for working at home as well as the ability to work from the Hove/Brighton office when required. This means you should have a quiet room where you can set up the equipment we give you and work comfortably when working from home. You will be expected to travel as the business reasonably requires, including bi-yearly in-person company meetings and events where necessary.

Job Type: Permanent
Salary range: £40,000 - £44,000
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 8am - 4.30pm
- Occasional travel as required by the business, including to company and industry events
