You’ll oversee, manage and lead the sales team, together with the other Sales Managers, ensuring daily performance targets are achieved to maximise company profit.
Their ideal candidate will excel in sales, adept at coaching and leading by example. They will possess exceptional communication skills, fostering an environment of inspiration and collaboration with a positive and resilient mindset.

Role of Sales Manager:
* Achieve company sales KPI’s through the successful conversion of enquiries.
* Prepare, deliver and motivate sales staff for the day ahead
* Ensuring a prompt response to inbound telephone and email enquiries.
* Compiling and analysing sales figures – daily, weekly and monthly.
* Collecting customer feedback and market research.
