Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our growing pest control team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound inquiries, scheduling appointments, providing service information, and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries in a professional and timely manner
* Schedule appointments for pest control technicians and manage calendars
* Provide accurate information about pest control services, pricing, and treatment plans
* Handle customer complaints and resolve issues or escalate to the appropriate team member
* Process payments, refunds, and maintain accurate records
* Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and encourage feedback
* Maintain detailed customer records using CRM systems
* Coordinate with the technician team to ensure timely and effective service delivery
* Educate customers on prevention methods and post-treatment guidance
* Assist with general office duties and support other team members as required
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the pest control or service industry
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
