About The Role Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving business growth? We're looking for proactive and commercially minded Customer Sales Advisors to play a key role in increasing the conversion of inbound customer quotes to orders. In this dynamic role, you'll take full ownership of receiving a customer quote to generating accurate, timely responses through to identifying and acting on cross-sell and upsell opportunities that expand the sales basket value.

As part of our newly formed team, you'll be at the heart of our commercial success, not only converting quotes into sales, but also using customer interactions to generate valuable insights and leads that support our wider sales teams. If you're motivated by building strong relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and delivering results, we want to hear from you.

The Customer Sales Advisor vacancy is a full time position, Monday to Friday, and is on a hybrid basis, with a mix of office and home based working.
